- Making the Difference
The scheme recognises individuals or teams whose contribution on a one-off or short-term basis is worthy of particular note. - Rewarding Excellence
To reward staff whose exceptional contribution, on a sustained basis over an appropriate period of time, is worthy of particular note. - Temporary Responsibility Allowance
For when an employee carries out some or all of the duties of a higher-graded post on a temporary basis for at least four weeks.
