Making the Difference Award: HR

In Human Resources, we run our internal Making The Difference Scheme three times a year. This is to celebrate HR colleagues, or teams, for one-off outstanding contributions. Nominations are now open for our Summer round.
Has someone in Human Resources demonstrated excellent customer service? Perhaps a HR Team has gone above and beyond in a recent project? Please consider celebrating their contribution with a Making the Difference nomination. Nominations close on 7 September.
Final decisions are made by a panel in HR. All nominees and winners will be celebrated at our quarterly all department meeting.

The Making the Difference Scheme is a great way to celebrate colleagues and offer a tangible reward for outstanding achievement or contribution of a one-off or short-term nature. Many departments already run their own MTD Schemes and it is straightforward to set one up if you feel there is a need in your department.
