Collaborative Leadership Programme

The Collaborative Leadership Programme is targeted at middle and senior leaders, typically in grades 7 to 9, across academic, professional support, and technical roles. The POD team are pleased to announce that they will be offering the programme to two cohorts of staff over the 2026/27 academic year. 

The aims of the programme are to enable participating leaders to:

• create a culture of empowerment that maximizes effectiveness
• articulate and deliver their vision with integrity and passion
• collaborate effectively with stakeholders to fulfill the university vision of public good

There are five core modules, delivered face to face over five full days to ensure skill and relationship development. 

Applications are now open, and you have until 5pm on Friday 20th November to apply.
