Logos
A consistent visual approach to logos provides both clarity and creates greater brand recognition.
Department logos
Logos for departments, schools and faculties should use a University of York sub-logo. Our sub-logos communicate equality and identify each of them as part of the University, through a fixed visual relationship between name and University logo.
Co-branding and partner logos
We have created a clear co-brand architecture to identify the University’s relation to both internal and external partners and affiliates. Our co-brand architecture should be used by any York entities with reason to have their own logo or visual identity.
If you have any additional queries regarding logo design, contact communications-support@york.ac.uk.
