Mailjet is a cloud-based email service for making mailing lists and email campaigns. Create engaging emails with easy-to-use templates, multimedia, multiple columns and run reports.
It's for communications to external audiences only and an unsubscribe link should always be provided.

If your request is approved, you'll receive access instructions to your email address.

Eligibility and costs
As IT Services incurs a monthly charge for each account created and the number of emails sent, we require a valid use case when requesting an account. We also ask that alternative tools are considered before making a request.
For each Mailjet account we allow up to two staff members to log in. We are not able to set up logins using non-personal email addresses.
Each account must have an owner responsible for its management, who counts towards one of the two available logins.
Alternative tools
There are several tools you can use to communicate with staff and students. As Mailjet licences are restricted, please consider the following first:
- Gmail Layouts, used with Gmail's mail merge or YAMM
- Yet Another Mail Merge (YAMM), used with Google Sheets and Gmail.
- Slack channels and Canvases.
