Event details

Join us for a riveting panel discussion on drug use and rehabilitation in prison populations, with panellists from the University of York. Professor Sharon Grace, Professor Charlie Lloyd, and *Dr. Geoff Page will discuss the ins and outs of drugs behind bars and illuminate how we might think about drug use, rehabilitating prisoners, and providing support beyond sentences.

What is the state of drug use in prisons? What makes for a successful drug and addiction rehabilitation programme? How should these programmes account for prisoner gender? What does the future of drug treatment look like? The panel will delve into all these questions and more.

We hope to see you there!
