Digital Archaeology
Our research makes links between all aspects of cultural heritage, theory and practice, spanning many disciplines.
Our focus is on how research questions within cultural heritage can be better explored, answered and communicated through the use of digital technology, and what impact this can have.
We have close ties to the Centre for Digital Heritage, which facilitates collaboration with other digital heritage researchers and practitioners across the University.

ArchAIDE
ArchAIDE was a three-year project to develop an app to support archaeologists in recognising potsherds.
This documentary tells the story of the project through the voices of its team members - three years of ideas, problems, solutions, outcomes and results.
