The Inclusive Impact Awards, an annual ceremony that took place for the first time on 2 November 2022, celebrate people at the University whose work champions equality and inclusion.

Anna Reader won the Vice Chancellor's Award for her contributions as Head of the University's Equality and Diversity Team, as well as her work with Athena Swan. while Lorna Warnock was nominated for the Inclusive Community Award after founding the Women in Research Network.

The Inclusive Impact Awards were launched as an initiative within the new EDI Exchange which works to build a shared sense of purpose around our EDI ambitions, providing further opportunities to champion and raise the visibility of EDI across the institution.
