Event details
The impact of climate change on the environment, and the consequent impacts on health, are attracting increasing funder, policy and public attention. A number of institutions have, and are, positioning themselves as experts on particular aspects of this relationship, its effects and tools/methods for its investigation. At York, we have established strengths in this area, with capacity to develop more.
This workshop, through discussion and researcher talks, aims to surface York’s potential USPs related to the environment, climate change and health nexus, The aim is to help the university community identify research themes/clusters to potentially target for development, and to support researchers identify collaborators and possible future research proposals.
