The transformation will bring some easy wins for every kind of role, addressing the common challenges we know we share. Other larger adjustments might take more getting used to; they're all in aid of helping us work better together as one community.
From conversations among various groups so far, themes are emerging around what the transformation will offer.
As of June, a University-wide community of over 160 'Change Advocates' have started giving their departments the local support and guidance needed to get familiar with new ways of working.
