Replacing old technology
The all-in-one platform, Workday, will replace various outdated and expiring York systems from 8 February 2027, and integrate with plenty of others we use. You'll be able to access it through your internet browser or a mobile app using Duo two-factor authentication, similar to how you log on to current systems.
We're progressing through stages of in-depth configuring, testing and data migration to make sure it will deliver the functionality we all need. We're also working with the Change Network to develop comprehensive and convenient training for everyone, to roll out in a variety of formats over the months ahead.
