Marshall Scholarship

The Marshall Scholarship finances young Americans of high ability to study for a degree in the United Kingdom. Up to fifty Scholars are selected each year to study at graduate level at a UK institution in any field of study.

The University of York is a partner of the Marshall Commission. Our Partnership Scholarship is for Graduate Study in any subject at either Masters or Doctoral level at the University of York for up to two years (with a possibility of a third year for doctoral studies).

If awarded a York Marshall Scholarship, candidates would be expected to study at the University of York.
