Steve Foots CBE
Steve Foots CBE is a British businessman and the Group CEO of Croda International, a FTSE 100 speciality chemicals company.
He joined Croda in 1990 as a graduate trainee and progressed through various senior management roles, gaining strong business, strategic, and operational expertise.
In 2007, he joined the Croda Executive Committee as President of Croda Europe, became a member of the Croda International Board in 2010, and was appointed Group CEO in 2012.
He holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of York and an MBA from Leeds University. He serves as Industry Co-Chair of the Chemistry Council and will join the Board of Tate & Lyle as a Non-Executive Director in July 2025.
