Graduation ceremonies

Coronavirus (COVID-19) update - July 2020 ceremonies

It is with much regret that the University of York has postponed the July 2020 graduation ceremonies. This decision has not been taken lightly, but our primary concern is the health and wellbeing of our staff, students and their guests.

Our key priority is to concentrate on delivering teaching and assessment remotely and enable our final-year students to complete their studies.

At the moment, we have no further information on the postponed ceremonies. As soon as we do, we will update this website and contact all students who were eligible to attend the ceremonies in July with the new arrangements.

We will make sure we get your award documents to you (ie your certificate and final transcript) as soon as possible after you receive your results, therefore please ensure all your personal details are up to date on your e:Vision account.
