Bring your own mug

Forget those disposable cups! The University catering outlets have introduced an initiative to reduce waste and save money! If you bring in your own reusable mug to any of the University catering outlets you will receive 20p off your hot drink and prevent disposable cups from being sent to landfill. You can buy travel mugs from the Clothing and Gifts shop on market square from £4.99 and keep an eye out for travel mug freebies being handed out around campus!

On Campus

As well as operating sustainably, the campus cafes and restaurants all try to use local and seasonal produce where viable, including Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance or equivalent food and drinks, and ethically certified products are also available in Your Shop in Market Square.
