The IT Support Office (ITSO) is launching its annual survey. Your feedback is essential in helping us refine our services and understand exactly how you prefer to request and receive support.
Now in its third consecutive year, this survey informs our service changes and improvements.

Over the last 12 months, we have implemented several service enhancements directly informed by your previous ITSO survey results. We want to continue improving and ensuring our support aligns with your needs.

The survey is open from Monday 13 April until 5pm on Friday 1 May. We are aiming to beat last year’s record response rate, so help us make 2026 our most insightful year yet.
