Let's Talk Water Safety

We'll be raising awareness of the dangers of water with members of the RNLI, the North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service and York Rescue Boat.
The risks of drowning are higher when you're less familiar with an area, and with party season approaching, you're most at risk when on a night out.
We'll be providing information about what to do if you, or someone else, falls into water. Our guest speakers and the Campus Safety team will be providing live demonstrations about using throw lines.
