Supporting your wellbeing while working remotely

Posted on 27 March 2020

Over the past few weeks, you have had to make major adjustments to how you work and live.

One of the most profound changes is working remotely.

While some will have adjusted to this change very easily, others may have found this more challenging.

The People and Organisational Development team has pulled together a wealth of resources for staff and managers to help you.

These resources provide hints, tips and guidance, to help you feel equipped to work from home, and to support your health and wellbeing.

They include help with staying connected, managing your time and digital meetings. There are tips on exercise, resilience and managing your mental health.

For managers, there are extra resources to support your team to adjust to working remotely and stay connected.

You can access these resources through the University’s Wiki service (login required).
