For employees who are Union Learning Representatives, reasonable paid time off may occur for one or more of the functions of:

  • analysing learning or training needs
  • providing information and advice about learning or training matters
  • arranging learning or training
  • promoting the value of learning or training
  • consulting the University of York about carrying out any such activities
  • preparation to carry out any of the above activities
  • undergoing relevant training for the role of Union Learning Representative

Activities
