Part-time teachers

All work (including preparation time) must be booked. Multipliers are no longer used and there are no comprehensive rates. Preparation time should be added to the total hours of teaching an individual is booked for. To calculate how much preparation time should be added to a worker's booking please see the additional hourly time column.

  • The Tutor role was developed exclusively with LFA/CLL/ASO staff and would not normally be used outside of these departments.
  • These rates of pay do not include payment for holiday entitlement accrued, which is automatically paid separately at the rate of 12.07%.
  • Rates are usually reviewed each August.
