- 12:30pm - 1pm: Arrival and refreshments (LMB/001)
- 1:00-1:45pm: Peacebuilding in Times of War and Geopolitical Volatility: A conversation about International Alert's work in Ukraine and the Caucasus - with Marina Nagai (Europe Director, International Alert) and Prof Nina Caspersen (Politics, UoY)
- 1:45-2:30pm: Student research internship projects - and beyond:
- Jen Noble: ‘German Foreign Policy, “Never Again”, and the Pursuit of Peace’ (mentor: Dr Nicolai Gellwitzki, Politics, UoY)
- Rahmatullah Azimi, Isa Buesa & Maria Jose Castillo: ‘Social Entrepreneurship as a Peacebuilding Mechanism' (mentor: Dr Jacqueline You, School for Business & Society, UoY)
- Coline Cardeño Rakidzija: ‘The Myanmar Dialogue Project: Preliminary reflections on new conflict dynamics and pathways to peace’ (a project with Dr Claire Smith, Politics UoY, that started as a Peace Lab internship project)
