Tracy has worked successfully in HR and OD across a range of sectors including public, private and the HE sector. Tracy was worked across the breadth of HR specialisms and has managed teams in less than a 1000 person organisations to large Government departments. A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Tracy is also a national award winner for her work in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion; committed to her own and other’s professional development, Tracy also holds two degrees from the University of York.
