Event details

The future of work has historically generated substantial attention with practitioners, researchers, and policy makers. This subject, however, has never been more pressing than today when digitalisation alters how employees attribute meaning in their work, what they expect from their leadership, as well as where and how work is conducted.

In this masterclass, we will discuss that when considering the future of work, we should not just consider the work redesign itself, but rather the reconfiguration of social structures and the impacts these have not only on how and where work is taking place, but also on how meaningfulness derives.
