Event details

Fit for the Future? Is your organisation coping with today’s economic, social and cultural challenges?

Are you interested in developing resilient organisations and communities?

Nature’s Laboratory has developed an initiative, Three’s Company, to audit an organisation’s economic, social and cultural health with the aim of improving resilience to today’s challenges.

The ethos of the initiative is that to be truly healthy, organisations must support the three dimensions of their being – Social, Economic & Cultural. Unless all three are in balance, an organisation and therefore the people who work within it will not experience true health.

  • Hear from Nature’s Laboratory about their journey developing the 3 dimensional organisational audit and how they’ve applied it to their business.
  • Join in the conversation and explore how the Three’s Company model could help you adapt for the future.
  • Develop networks of healthy and vibrant organisations which strengthen the economic, social and cultural health of our wider society.

There will be more opportunities to develop the dialogue over lunch.

This event is suitable for charities, start-ups, SMEs, not-for-profits, large companies, academics, students and individuals.

The event, lunch and use of the model are all free of charge.
