Mention wellbeing in the emergency services, or indeed in many high-pressure sectors, and there is unanimous eye rolling. Mutterings about mental health and stress balls, and a general disinterest from those people doing some of the most demanding roles in the country.

Wellbeing washing has created a complete apathy towards the very aspect of life that, if ignored, will not only ruin your day, but potentially curtail your life… until now.

Dr Zoe Billings created Biological well-being. Looking at stress management from a completely different perspective. Rather than, like the vast majority, focusing on mental health, Zoe has focused on the physical health, the signs of stress in the body systems, and how to manage them, with science. Less “woo woo”, more “who knew”, this is the real biology people were never taught at school and it’s taken Zoe and Mark around the globe, educating delegates in the FBI, across Europe and in Australia.

In the UK clients include many police forces, the Home Office, the NHS, as well as engineering firms, colleges and primary schools. Zoe will take you through part of that workshop that will leave you better able to take care of yourselves, your families and your colleagues. It might just save your life.
