Wellbeing Lecture

Many people experience low mood and anxiety, and for some people these can have a substantial impact on their life. This talk will look at self-help strategies for managing feelings of anxiety and low mood and the evidence base for the effectiveness of these strategies. It will also look at when and how to seek more formal help and how to ensure that the help you receive is likely to be effective.
