The importance of a diverse and inclusive culture is widely recognised. So is the top team influence on that culture and organisational tone. All leaders can influence others and bring about change. If you are a leader in at any level, that means you. That’s exciting. You can make a difference to the way your organisation values and treats employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. It’s not easy to work out what that looks like in practice. How do you behave? What do you do? This masterclass will help you to understand the practice of a more inclusive leader.

Dr Alice Maynard, CBE

Alice Maynard has worked in leadership roles including diversity and inclusion for over 30 years. She first graduated from York, gained an MBA from Ashridge, a DBA from Cranfield, and was awarded an honorary doctorate by York in 2015. As a Chartered Director, she runs her own business coaching leaders and advising on inclusion and has several non-executive roles in public sector bodies.
