The General Administration Assistants work one day a week on the Music Department Reception Desk. Duties include: answering the telephone; dealing with requests and enquiries; greeting visitors; office filing; and assisting the Undergraduate and Facilities Administrator and the Postgraduate Administrator as necessary.
Applicants should possess good IT skills and have experience of dealing with public in a professional context.
