IT support closed 1-4pm on Friday 28 October

The IT Support team will be closed between 1-4pm on Friday 28 October due to a departmental meeting. Phone, email and drop-in support will not be available.

Therefore on Friday 28 October, the IT Support team will be available at the following times:

Drop-in support: 9am-12 noon

Email and phone support: 9am-1pm and 4-5pm

Any emails or voicemail messages left between 1-4pm will be responded to as soon as possible, but non-urgent queries may have to wait until the following week.

All critical IT systems are monitored and we will be alerted of any major issues (eg major network failure).
