Moving to our new service desk tool

On Friday 12 February we will be changing the service desk software that we use to deal with IT queries.

We will transfer all outstanding Footprints tickets into the new system, so if you have a ticket open with us you will receive an email with a new case number. Please use this new number if you need to contact us.

We have worked hard to implement this with as little impact as possible but please bear with us during the transition period. We expect response times will be longer than usual during this time.

On Friday 12 Feburary we will be offering support via email only from 12 noon to give us time to deal with the changes mentioned above. Please be assured that we will endeavour to respond promptly to any urgent issues.
