An update on IT support

Following the latest Government advice, we have made changes to IT support for the foreseeable future.

Our IT Support team are working from home, and will be available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you require support please:

We will be able to offer remote support using our IT Services Remote Control tool. This allows us to connect to your computer, with your permission. Face-to-face IT support will not be available.

Please also note that:

  • Our PC classrooms are now locked - these machines are being used to provide additional resource to our Virtual Desktop Service.
  • Network and wifi failures on campus may still be fixed where buildings are in use (although this will depend on the impact of the fault and whether we have access to the building), but non-urgent fixes will be deferred.
