We will be treating this as a normal working day as much as we can. This means you will still be able to receive IT support by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (01904 32) 3838.
If necessary we will be able to use our remote assistance software to remotely connect to PCs and laptops to provide support, however in-person appointments and on-site visits will not be available. IT systems will continue to be monitored as normal and we will be alerted of any issues.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation whilst we conduct this exercise, and we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
