IT Support Office reduced service: Monday 16 March and Tuesday 31 March

As a result of staff development activities, there will be a reduced level of staff in IT Services on Monday 16 March and Tuesday 31 March.

The IT Support Office will be operating with reduced staffing levels due to staff development events on these days.

IT Services staff will be able to respond to enquiries by email and walk-in enquiries at the IT Support Office. The IT Services phone number will be diverted to the Library Help Desk and should be used for IT emergencies only.

If you require IT Support on these days please email your query to itsupport@york.ac.uk or visit the Library and IT Help Desk located on the first floor of the Harry Fairhurst building.
