History students celebrate a first novel and a WHO internship

We are thrilled that third year English and History student Chloe Grant-Jones has just had her first novel published. Forgotten in Memory draws on her own and other people’s experiences, and touches on mental health issues. Chloe was recently interviewed by the York Evening Press and you can read the full story here.

In addition, a recent History graduate has secured a prestigious internship at the World Health Organization headquarters in Geneva. Sara was closely linked to the Centre for Global Health Histories (CGHH), and you can read about her experience here.

We are always pleased to report the exciting achievements of our students and graduates. Congratulations to them both!
