This is an amazing opportunity for students to get a real taste of academic life in social sciences.
In this interdisciplinary taster day, you can learn about all the research being done in academia, at the University of Leeds and learn first-hand from academics at the face of research.
Have taster sessions from across Sociology, Education, Environment, Politics, Business, and Economics etc.
This day will give you the experience of a real academic conference, taking part in a whole host of interactive workshops across different subject areas, getting to learn from, ask questions to, and challenge academics and lecturers on the work they are doing.
You shall also get a chance to have a look around the campus and accommodation here at the University of Leeds, as well as have lunch with us in the University of Leeds refectory.
