In recent years the Centre for Digital Conference has been hosted by our international partners but in 2019 the international conference will take a break. We consider this the perfect opportunity to reinvigorate the Centre for Digital Heritage in York by holding an internal event.
This has been a year filled with exciting new research and partnerships for the CDH at York. In order to recognise the successes of our members we will be holding a special day long internal conference: Digital Heritage at York 2015. Come along to listen to presentations from some of the Universities leading researchers and to find out more about future directions for the centre.
Digital Heritage is an annual conference hosted by the Centre for Digital Heritage. This year, the conference will be taking place at the newly reopened Moesgaard Museum, Aarhus, Denmark.

The Centre for Digital Heritage We are delighted to announce two fully funded PhD studentships in Digital Heritage jointly offered by the Universities of York and Aarhus, starting in January 2015.
Staff from the Centre for Digital Heritage will be at Basing House near Basingstoke in Hampshire as part of one of our annual CDH fieldwork projects. The project incorporates innovative digital research with specialists in Archaeology, History and Fine Art. To find out more about the project visit our project blog.

The Centre for Digital Heritage will be hosting a free two day training workshop for WRoCAH students at the University of York over two days on the 10th and 11th of July.
15th May 2014: Engaging with the Landscapes of Death This free workshop held between 10am and 4pm at King's Manor in the centre of York, discusses how to develop local community involvement in your churchyard or cemetery. The day includes a hands-on training session on the digital recording of monuments. The event is free but places are limited. Tickets are available from: gareth.beale@york.ac.uk
