Whether you’re just starting out or in your first five years of teaching, this remote conference is designed to build your confidence and develop your approach to teaching primary science.
Delivered across two dates, the conference brings together expert led keynotes and a choice of interactive workshops, offering practical strategies to make science teaching manageable, effective and engaging.
You’ll explore key aspects of primary science including working scientifically, curriculum design, assessment, subject knowledge, inclusion and science capital, alongside sessions on enrichment, Explorify and what it means to be a scientist. Throughout, there will be a strong focus on applying ideas in the classroom, helping you support pupils to develop curiosity, enquiry skills and a meaningful understanding of science in their everyday lives.
