Poster illustrating the importance of objects to suffragettes

PhD students from the Archaeology Department designed 7 out of the 19 entries for the Humanities Research Centre poster competition. Congratulations to Kirsty Ryder who won second place for her suffrage poster and to Callum Reilly for third place.

The brief for the competition was to produce a poster that:

  • offers a clear 'taster encounter' with your research project for a non-specialist audience, and
  • has quickly appreciable dramatic visual impact

Well done for everyone who competed!
