Student Opportunity: Green Impact auditor volunteers

We’re looking for student volunteers to help as Green Impact Auditors and support the University’s sustainability awards programme run in partnership with SOS UK. You’ll receive ISEP-approved training and then work in a small team to audit a department or laboratory, reviewing sustainability actions and providing feedback. It’s a great opportunity to build transferable skills, learn more about sustainability at the University, and gain a digital badge for your CV. Audits take place on:

  • 6 May 2026 (Green Impact Awards)
  • 20 May 2026 (Green Impact Laboratory Accreditation)

You can take part in one or both sessions. You must be a current University of York student and available for the full day. Apply to participate by 30 April.
