Your personal gateway to the University of York
If you have received an offer from the University of York, you will be given access to your own personal space at You@York – your personal gateway to the information you will need when deciding if York is the university for you. You will receive your username and password when you receive your offer letter from the University of York
If you have applied for Chemistry, you will be given access to You@York as soon as we have received your application from UCAS. Through You@York you will have access to the Chemistry@York site where you will be able to find out what it is like to be a Chemistry student at York. Your You@York account will be enhanced if you are made an offer.
How you can use You@York
You@York allows you to manage your York application, view your offer(s) from us, upload documents such as certificates, apply for a Tier 4 CAS if you need it, and book visits to the University.
You can find out what’s it’s like to be a student at York by having a go at our interactive modules on Money Matters, the College system and Study Skills.
You@York also provides a comprehensive index on a range of information about your Department, the University and its facilities and all the additional services and extra-curricular activities we offer to help you make the most of your time at York.
How will we use You@York?
We will provide information about your York application through You@York. Correspondence between us will be stored there. We will also send information to you about actions you may need to take on your application. We’ll also be adding new content and tools throughout the application cycle so it’s important to check your You@York account regularly.
