Lee Hillyard, Associate of Davis Langdon, global leaders in project and cost management, will deliver a project management lecture to second year students as part of their business planning module. Cranfield MBA graduate Lee, who has a wealth of executive experience in managing significant global construction projects, will ensure students are provided with a range of tools to help them ensure successful team projects.
Davis Langdon, a subsidiary of Aecom, are at the forefront of managing global projects with briefs as diverse as cost management of the build of Terminal 3 at Beijing Airport to project management of the Eden Project and the Manchester Stadium.
Over many years and through bitter experience Davis Landgon have developed a thought-process tool which, if followed, helps deliver project success. The principles used in applying this tool are equally applicable to large and small projects alike. The simple to follow methodologies should help our business planning teams to work towards successful outcomes.
We are delighted to report that Lee will also be joining us for some of the time on the Dragons Den to determine whether these principles have been successfully applied.
