Student Parking Information

Only Authorised Students are permitted to apply for a student parking permit. 

Under Graduate Student Parking Permit

Allows parking in the following car parks only: South Car Park Pay and Display, Halifax College Car Park and Fairfax House Car Park.

Post Graduate Student Parking Permit

Allows parking in all pay and display car parks.

The University will not issue student parking permits to the following:

Any student resident on the Heslington Campus (West and East), unless specific authority is obtained from the Student Support Services.

Any undergraduate or postgraduate residing within the York outer ring road.
