Goodricke College 2011-12: change in contact details

With effect from 1 October 2011, the management of repairs, maintenance and cleaning in Goodricke College is the responsibility of Goodricke College Housekeeping and Maintenance, which is the operating name of the facilities management company Derwent Living. 

The following contact arrangements referred to in this residence agreement are different for residents of Goodricke College:-

  • References to the University Facilities Manager within the agreement should now be references to Goodricke College Housekeeping and Maintenance.
  • The University Porters will continue to be responsible for keys, but will not be responsible for taking requests for repair, which are now dealt with by Goodricke College Housekeeping and Maintenance.

New Langwith College, Heslington East, 2012-13
