The transformation will bring some easy wins for every kind of role, addressing the common challenges we know we share. Other larger adjustments might take more getting used to; they're all in aid of helping us work better together as one University community.
From conversations among various groups so far, themes are emerging around what the transformation will offer.
Every department can now nominate representatives to get more involved, and help those they work with to understand, test and prepare for the changes ahead.
