Quiet Spaces on Campus

What are quiet spaces and who are they for?

Quiet spaces on campus are designed for students and staff who need a safe, controlled environment for self-regulation, especially for those with sensory processing or neurodivergence. The purpose of these rooms is to help people manage their sensory input.

Has something changed or do you have a quiet space you'd like to add?

If you need to report that anything has changed in the rooms when you visit or if you're a college or department that would like a space added to this webpage, please contact student-communities@york.ac.uk
