Opening times
The service will be closed on Wednesday 28 January for an all-day staff meeting. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Enquiries will be answered when we re-open on the following day.
Our online resources are available 24/7, and students can send messages at any time. Staff will respond during working hours.
During each semester, our building is open Monday to Thursday, 10am to 3pm (closed on public holidays). Online queries are handled 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Occasional closures may occur for reasons such as staff training. Please check our website before visiting to avoid disappointment.
