How to manage stress and worry levels and preve them from being a barrier to productivity.

This workshop will provide guidance on how to overcome stress and worry. It will demonstrate how a little bit of worry can be positive, but also making sure we prevent worry and stress dominating and taking over. The workshop will be run by college tutors in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The workshop will provide you with practical techniques to help improve you overcome stress, as well as letting you know about services and resources that you can access after the session.

Note: You will be required to wear a face mask that covers both your mouth and nose. The presenters will also be wearing a face covering and there will be sanitary measures in place to maintain the safety of yourself and everybody else in the room.
