University Mental Health Day 2022

Thursday 3 March is University Mental Health Day, and the University has given over the whole week to activities promoting positive mental health and wellbeing.
We have themed the week around the “Five Ways to Wellbeing”, so keep your eyes peeled on social media, in your colleges and departments, and around the campus to find out how you can support your own wellbeing, and also have the confidence and information to reach out for support if you need to.
What's on?
- The colleges, student unions and Chaplaincy have a week packed full of events, so take a look at what is on offer
- The week also supports the mental health week of the YUSU Campaign “Advocate for your Health” and associated activities
