The Internal Communications team produces campaigns aimed at a broad range of students over the academic year.
Here faculties, colleges, student services and other colleagues can find the timetable and links to download resources for use in their own student communication channels.

Our student comms channels
Direct email
Our Things to know this week newsletter to undergraduate and taught postgraduate students on campus goes out on Mondays during term time.
We also produce the fortnightly York Graduate Research School newsletter to all postgraduate researchers.
Social media
We run the central UoY Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts.
Digital screens
We host content for digital screens displayed around campus, including the large screen on Greg's Place.
MyUoY app
We add news items to the MyUoY app.
Website
We oversee all information for current students on the website. We also advise staff on supporting students.
