Funded interdisciplinary PhD opportunity (UK/EU students):

A four year fully-funded PhD opportunity for an interdisciplinary PhD in the new Leverhulme Centre for Anthropocene Biodiversity is now available.

The PhD project will investigate the impact of human activities on biodiversity change associated with novel export crops such as soy or palm oil. The successful student will draw on social science and biological concepts and perspectives,  be supervised jointly by leading experts in Politics, Environment and Geography and Biology and join a dynamic cohort of PhD students based in the new Leverhulme Centre at York.
